Kinkawooka’s live Pot Ready mussels come to you with an extended shelf life approximately 10 days from their harvest. They are packed in a mix of their natural liquor and seawater from Boston Bay water ensuring that the mussels are kept in premium condition. They also come pre bearded and scrubbed.
DON’T OPEN THE BAG UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO USE
They are packed in a reduced atmosphere 1kg VAC bag and chilled.
